ALERT is an emergency reporting, GPS navigation and community safety application. It enables users to create and receive incident alerts, view nearby risks on a map, share supporting media, use emergency features and manage personal safety settings.

By using ALERT, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Emergency notice: ALERT is a safety assistance and information-sharing application. It is not a replacement for police, fire, ambulance, medical professionals or official emergency services. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Alert records, media and account information may remain stored until deleted by the user, removed by an administrator, expired under an applicable retention practice or deleted following a valid account deletion request.

No internet, mobile or cloud-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their passwords, devices and verification codes and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
